Recently, all National telecomm networks have made tremendous efforts to ensure data services are affordable to their subscribers.
Truth be told, the price of data have crashed to a low recently as a result of competetion among telcos. The followind are details of data offers by Airtel, MTN, GLO and Etisalat for the month of september and october 2016
Airtel
Airtel also introduced another jaw-dropping 2GB plan for N200 and 6GB for a meagre N500. The down side of this offer however, is its restriction to 2G network. This means this plan cannot be used on 3G. Click here for subscription details
Another cheap offer from Airtel is the data plan that offers 1GB for TRYBE subscribers and 750MB for subscribers on other tariff plans at N500 valid for 7 days

Lastly the Airtel night data plan is worth a mention. This offer id dedicated to subscribers on TRYBE. it offers 500MB at N25 and 1.5Gb at N200 valid from 12 midnight to 5am. The data can be renewed same night if exhausted.

MTN
MTN on the other hand has come up with somecool data packages. The issue I have with MTN is the level at which data get exhausted. this one reason i don't use MTN for my data needs.
MTN was the first network to introduce the 500MB midnight plan at N25 per night. on MTN, only subscribers on PULSE are eligible for this offer. To subscribe, text NIGHT to 131

GLO
GLO is the most annoying network in Nigeria, with a snail like speed for internet connectivity. some times i found it difficult to use 100MB out of a 2GB data plan. What's the essence to subscribe to an astonishing plan that half of its value cannot be used before the due date.
GLO is also part of the data rush witnessed recently in the Nigerian data space. Infact GLO is a trail blazer in this aspect. If we can turn a blind eye to GLO's slow nature, then it will be classified as the best in terms of data allocation., way ahead of all the other telcos. There is nothing new about GLO, therefore, i wont explaining its pacages in details.
