Few months ago, airtel Nigeria introduced Airtel SmartTrybe Tariff
Plan which then make users to enjoy Hourly Unlimited Night plan at N100 for 1hr
and N200 for 2hrs. This is a sad development though, because with the unlimited
Plan I was able to download 6GB within 2hrs.
It’s possible that the unlimited plan was not favorable to Airtel
as they scrap the unlimited plan hourly night plan and have introduced a new
data offer in its stead. Airtel Nig have introduced 500MB for N25 and 1.5GB for
N50. This appears to be cheap but incomparable to the former hourly unlimited
data offers
Alongside the new data packages, Airtel also introduced another
robust 1GB for N500 data offer valid for 1 week and N200 for 200MB+30mins
Airtel weekend calls offer and free 15MB for 7days when you recharge with the
minimum of N200.
All discussed offers above
are only applicable to subscribers on the Airtel SmartTrybe tariff plan. Calls
on this plan as also charged at 11K per second (N6.60 per Min) for all national
calls.
